Overmasturbation and Premature Ejaculation

Are you aware that your masturbation habits and your problems with premature ejaculation may be directly related? If you have problems with premature ejaculation, try for a week not to masturbate with ejaculation and see whether you still suffer from premature ejaculation after the week has gone. If you feel “on edge” you can do one of the following:
1) Take a 20 minute jog
2) Go swimming or take a cold shower
3) Listen to classical music
4) Sit down with your legs stretched out in front of you. Grab your toes and lower your head. Sit like this for as long as you can, preferably up to 7 minutes. Repeat this exercise every day but don’t overdo it. It should be deeply relaxing.
And by the way, not ejaculating is not unhealthy for you despite the common belief.

There are so many myths and strange misconceptions about sexuality out there propagated by ignorance or by the greed of big cooperations who want to exploit our ignorance that it is difficult now a days to get a clear view of what sexuality is, how sexuality affects us and what actually happens to the mind and body when we ejaculate.

There have been many discussions about if frequent ejaculation is needed for reasons of health. But there seems to be no consensus out there on the answer. In my experience, men who start ejaculating less frequently, or even completely stop ejaculating report having more energy, stronger erections, healthy diet changes, more optimism, having a new view on women and a whole range of other positive changes. I have practiced sexual continence for 10 year now, meaning I no longer ejaculate, off course there have been some accidents here and there on the way, but I have now reached a stage where I do not ejaculate or feel the need to anymore due to the Tantric energy work that I perform on a daily bases. Guys love to talk about their overmasturbation habits
When I was in my late teens and early twenties attending university many of the other guys would talk about their masturbation habits. Many mentioned masturbating once daily even speaking about it as a good and healthy thing as it felt good and it “relieved pressure”.
This can hardly be surprising as doctors and health authorities often propagate this view.
The absence of reliable different opinions on the subject has lead to the fact that most men now a days are completely oblivious to the knowledge that there are enormous resources and energy tied into our sexual energy. Having heard that frequent ejaculation is vital to good health, many men are actually afraid to reduce their ejaculation frequency. Since the flower power revolution and the Kinsey reports appeared, it has almost become a religion to “free sexuality from guilt” and that we should be allowed to ejaculate as often as we would like, as this is the “healthy thing” to do.
What science says about overmasturbation
Newer research in western science is showing us though, that this is not necessarily the case. As we saw in the last chapters, masturbation with ejaculation can lead to imbalance in our dopamine systems and lead our focus away from mastering interpersonal skills. Exaggerated use of pornography and overly frequent masturbation changes the focus of some mens sex lives from real partners. Today’s extreme sexual stimuli as can be seen on the Internet can produce more intense (though not necessarily more satisfying) ejaculations than sex with a partner.

Even when we study our near friends the monkeys we observe interesting phenomena. The Bonobo and Macaque monkeys for example often do not ejaculate when engaged in sexual activity. They need the activity to make social bonds rather than for the mere pleasure in ejaculating. The Oxytocin released from comforting contact is in fact more important for many mammals and humans than the dopamine rush from orgasm with ejaculation.
